Hello! I recently got a refund on Apple Pay through Vinted. This was last week friday (15th) and it said that the refund would be visible by friday 22nd. However, I haven't received it and I'm not sure if this is just a matter of waiting more or if I need to contact someone. Vinted support says to contact Apple Pay support.

The merchant refunds the purchase price directly to the payment method. Look online at the debit card account for any credits. Refunds legally can take up to 30 days. Refunds involving debit cards are almost always slower than using a credit card.
What was the payment method for the charge? Was it Apple Cash or a different card?
