Email from noreply@apple.com

Several days ago I got an emal I from noreply@apple.com where it says that two-factor authentication enabled for my Apple ID. It is my really old Apple ID and I don't use it

However, I did not enable it and did not understand how someone could turn it on, because as far as I know the person must know the answers to my secret questions. I know the last two digits of the phone number which was used to turn on two-factor authentication and it was not mine

I immediately opened the link to change my password and two-factor authentication was turned off authomatically.

Now I have the following problem: I can't log in into this account, cause I need to answer my secret questions. However, I don't remember the answer because I created that account more than 12 years ago. I can't reset these questions as well(it says there is not enough info).

I really don't know what to do. I cannot find out the activity of the account, I am afraid that it could be used for illegal purposes and I am afraid that it will be hacked again
