i have suddenly begun receiving emails related to purchases made using ApplePay at my work email rather than personal (Gmail) email. I have not changed anything and my work email is not linked to ApplePay. It was previously identified as a backup security account for Microsoft and I have deleted that but still the emails come.

And it’s not just orders. I looked at something online on my iPhone and got advertising in work email on a PC.

I do have the outlook app (work email) on my phone but have for years and have never had this issue until last week.

Please help before I get fired for shopping on the job.

This has been solved recently for several community members. Please go to your Contacts app on your devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) and review the information on your <Me> contact card.

Tap the contact and then tap edit in upper right corner of the screen. Edit your email addresses.

I am experiencing this as well. I believe he means the receipts/confirmations for what ever was ordered are going to his work email. I recently made a hotel reservation and ordered flowers for delivery both using my iPhone. I could not find the receipt or conformation emails from the websites in my personal email because they went to my work email. I also have never linked my work email with my phone and my personal email is Gmail not Outlook.

What do you mean Apple Pay receipts? Apple Pay doesn’t send receipts. The merchant sends a receipt and the payment method may send a transaction notice. I’ve used Apple Pay for years and have never received a receipt from Apple Pay.
