Ever since I got my new iPhone 13, I have received blank emails from Apple.

Ever since I got my new iPhone 13, I have received blank emails from Apple. I’m sure they are legit. I get one a month about Apple Books, but it’s blank. I just signed up for a credit card. I got an email welcoming me to my new credit card. I would imagine it should contain pertinent information in it about using that card. It is blank. Any idea who to contact about how to fix this?
