iCloud for Windows error

Ever since the recent update for iCloud for Windows on the 8th of February I get the following message when ever iCloud starts.

I've tried the download link shown but this is only for "N" versions of Windows 11 which I am not using.

I've checked and Windows Media Player and all of the other components from the "Media Features Pack for N versions of Windows" are installed and active.

Does any else have this issue or know a solution?

Thanks.

I have found a solution to the error, I had to download HEVCVideo Extensions from the Microsoft Store, it cost me £0.79 but the error is now gone, however the iCloud window still pops up when Windows starts and there doesn't seem to be any way to stop it.

I have exactly the same issue. I downloaded and reinstalled Windows media Player components from a direct link on MS, made it my default media player and I still get the same message. Looks like OneDrive will be my go to, I'm not spending hours and hours trying to figure it out as Apple has not responded to your post in a week. We are not the only ones, searching I find many othesr with the same issue.
