Mac stuck restarting then asking for password

Mac stuck restarting then asking for password to unlock disk then restarting again. Help?

Idk where else to post this. I have an intel based Mac. Recently I deleted the windows partition I had saved on boot camp and restored the memory to my Mac disk. I didn’t restart it, but this morning when I open my Mac it restarts and asked me to enter a password to unlock the disk. When I entered the password it was accepted, but my computer just restarted again and did the same, asking me for a password to unlock the disk. If I hit cancel it just makes me choose the Mac disk (only one I have) and then unencrypt it but the same thing repeats. Restarts, asks for password, accepts password, restarts, repeats. The only different thing that happened is I shut it down and went into recovery mode, but I don’t have a backup. What do I do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.6
