Cannot update my iPhone

phone, but nothing works.

Unable to update iOS 18.3.1 on my iPhone 11 Please help! I have been trying to update my phone all week! When I go into settings and try to "check for update" I keep getting a "unable to check for update" response. I have tried restarting, cleared out 10+ GB of storage, tried 2 different wifis, had the phone on the charger, and still no luck. Stuck in preparing update 17.1 I have an iPhone 12. Trying to update version 17.1 and it won’t go past preparing update. I’ve restarted my phone, checked storage, and deleted update file and restarted. HELPPPP

If you have VPN installed, whether you are using it or not, delete the VPN profile and app.

Also, make sure you have a cellular network connection.

I dont have any VPN on the phone and my cellular network is really good
