iPhone 15 Pro and no 5G

hello everyone. In October I upgraded to the iPhone 15 pro (2 iPhones were upgraded). My 5g hasn’t working since early November on Verizon. My carrier settings and iOS are updated, I tried restarting my phones, reset networking settings, I used different cellular options, and every available option but no 5g.


is anyone else having this issue on a iPhone 15 (pro x2) with iOS 17? Is it a Verizon issue (which they helped me with and exhausted all options with them) or an iOS issue? Please help.

When you turn Low Power Mode on, it disables 5G service. Turn off Low Power Mode and your 5G service should come back. See the following article -
