5g not working on iPhone 13
I did all the possible ways like network settings reset and aeroplane mode ext.. but not working even I changed my jio sim and I get duplicate sim but not working by the way my phone is up to date ios 17.3.1 and also one thing this is brand new phone 20 days before purchased please help and fix my problem

You are not the first person to have issues with Jio and 5G, there have been several posts in this forum about it. Seems to be a problem on their end.
Have you called your carrier and asked if they have 5G coverage in your area?

Yeah I asked they told your area have 5g coverage
I also check personally on another mobile and it works
Call Jio and troubleshoot it with them.
Did you purchase the phone in India from an authorized retailer, or did you buy a phone from another country?
Then you will have to work it out with your carrier.
