After the update my upsweep shortcuts disappeared. Many of these, I used daily. Things like the mute function and battery percentage, I often used multiple times every day. Can anyone help me get these back?

I believe that you are looking for the Control Center on your Apple Watch which you were once able to get to by just swiping up on the face of your Apple Watch Series 7. In watchOS 10, swiping up from the bottom of the watch screen opens the Smart Stack – a new screen with rectangular widgets showing you information at a glance.

Thank you. That got me back on track. For some reason I couldn’t get past the first tip on the upsweep until after I was able to find the control center.
