Shortcut Action for Background Noise Selection Missing Choices

iOS 18.3.1 on iPhone 15 Pro - I’m writing a shortcut for the background noise based on how I want to use it and noticed the action to choose the background noise is missing 2 of the sound options (night and fire) from the bottom of the list. I thought maybe it was a limitation in the menu related to available space, so I went into the Background Noise settings to the list to try to edit the order being there is an edit option on the page and found that it did nothing noticeable.

Why is the list in the shortcut action truncated? Other than always selecting the noise selection in the settings menu itself and modifying the shortcut to interact with the feature differently, is there a work around to make those missing choices available in the shortcut action?
