Control centre shortcut disappeared!

Iphone 16 Pro, ios 18.3.1

Ok, So I had a shortcut to open settings in my control centre, been using it for weeks, worked this morning.

This afternoon it won't work, so I removed it to replace it to see if it would fix it but it's missing from the "add control" library altogether!

There hasn't been an update or anything, just gone like a glitch in the matrix!

Anyone else have this problem?
