Measurements Suspended on noise app

Same issue with Apple Watch S9, WatchOS 10.4, iPhone 12 Mini. I’ve done multiple factory resets and then setup as new. I even had the watch replaced in January 2024. No luck. The only thing that “fixes it is restarting but only temporarily. The issue always comes back.

Yes a restart will “fix” it but only temporarily. I’ve restarted my watch probably close to 100 times since October 2023. It will work for awhile and the after a week or two weeks or a day or an hour it will fail again. But I finally figured out what triggers the issue! So maybe it can be fixed if Apple becomes aware (I submitted a bug report) and knows how to reliably reproduce it.

This is with a Series 9 GPS 45mm + iPhone 12 Mini and the latest OS version as of this posting date.

1. Add the large noise complication to a watch face. It should always show real time measurement bars when the watch is awake
2. Restart the watch (to make sure the noise complication is working… when it stops working, the only way to restore function is a restart)
3. Have someone call you and answer the phone call on the watch
4. during the call, bring up the keypad and tap some numbers randomly 
5. Hang up the call and put the watch face to sleep
6. Wake up the watch. The noise complication should show the measurement bars for a second and then it will grey out and say “measurement suspended”

Measurement suspended of my apple watch series 7 44mm,restarted my watch temporarily problem solve again after 1 min same issue again saying measurement suspended dont know what to do if any one know plezz help
