I usually do not turn on optimized charging or any other setting from the battery section.
However recently when I charge my phone it does not go past 80%

Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

Hi, yes it actually got solved by going to the nearest Apple Store, the only thing they did was restore the device, however, later that day I found out that there were some videos that I recorded in “cinematic” mode that were completely gone, so, I thought that might have been the problem, they never got processed and the device was trying to do so and it was overheating because of it.
In settings have you made sure under Charging Optimization it hasn’t been inadvertently set to 80% limit?
I have it set to "None"
You may need to have it inspected. Does this happen regardless of what charger you use?
I am using apples fast charging brick and the cable that came with it.
Ill try using another adapter and see how it behaves.
After a few weeks, the battery will usually start to charge to 100%.
