iPhone 15 Pro Max is not charging past 80%

My 15 pro max is not charging past 80% from the day i've purchased it even tho I disabled 80% limit. I've tried with optimised battery charging as well and its charging only to 80%.

I've restarted my phone multiple times and the problem it is still here.
