Ultra2 Watch Not Showing Heart Rate Monitor On Watch Face

I did the recent software update on my new Ultra2 watch and now the Heart Rate Monitor app is not showing on the watch face. I have tried powering off the watch, moving the HR monitor to a different spot on the watch, and nothing is working to make the monitor show on the screen (the screen just shows the black background where the app is supposed to be).

When I tap several times on the area the HR monitor app pulls up, but it only does so after I tap the area several times, versus only one time when the app is showing in the spot.

Could this be a glitch resulting from the new software update? Makes me wish I had not done the update, now.
