My heart rate complication does not display anymore on the bottom of the activity digital watch face

I updated my apple watch to version 10.1 the other day and now on my Activity Digital Watch face, the heart rate complication is no longer displaying at the bottom like it used to. When I go to edit the watch face, I can still see the bottom complication is an option, so it's not like it was taken away. When I change it to other complications, that seems to work fine. It's the heart rate one.
