Activity Sharing on Apple Watch

I am unable to see my wife’s shared activity on my Apple Watch and she is unable to see mine on her Apple Watch. We both are able to see each others on the activity app on our phones. Additionally details: we are on a household / family iCloud. I have an Apple Watch ultra 2 and iPhone 15 pro. She has an Apple Watch S9 and iPhone 15 pro. Both are on most recent updates.
