Apple Health on IPad can’t download my data

I’ve been really looking forward to Health on the iPad but since upgrading to the latest iOS on my new iPad Pro the Health app just says it is downloading my data (under my name on the app it says “Downloading” with the spinning wheel) but it hasn’t downloaded any info yet. Any idea how to get the iPad health app to sync up with my iPhone?

Apple Health App stuck on "Downloading your health data from iCloud". I updated my iPhone 14 Pro Max to iOS 17.1 and since then (several days now) the Apple Health App is stuck downloading my info from iCloud. Why is Health app data not syncing on my iPad Pro after iOS 18 update? The Health app and data on an iPad Pro and an iPad Mini has not synced since the upgrade to ios 18. Syncing of the Health data is working fine on iPhone. iCloud syncing is turned on for Health on all three devices. A restart of all three devices has made no difference. Is there a way to force resumption of syncing on the iPads ? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
