My iphone 13 is no longer recognizing facial id and I cannot reset it. I just updated to IOS 17 to see if that would fix it, but when I try to reset, I cannot get the true dimensions to accept my face being in the frames.
Tat doesnt work. Im not allowed to set up an alternate appearance WITHOUT the FACE ID working...Iphone 12 (latest software ) wont let me do this because secure lock is on- and secure lock cant be removed without FACE ID.

When you say Face ID isn't working, what exactly do you mean? Are you getting an error message? If so, what does it say? Specifics matter.
