My iPhone was not always recognizing my face, so I have been trying to re-set Face ID. My phone is not responding at all to my Reset request. When I click on Set Up Face ID and position my face within the frame as requested, my iPhone does not respond at all.

I am going to Verizon later on as I have the Total Mobile Protection plan. The closest Apple Store is not very close.
