Apple tv+ app not working anymore

I have 2 samsung tvs ( one smart and one with firestick). Apple tv+ app used to work on both. Now it works on smart tv and my phone but not on my firedtick tv.

it opens and a few seconds into a show I get a message saying:

Video Not Available

There’s a problem loading this video

If this continues check your internet connection.

I did all of the troubleshooting that the apple community and spectrum advised and still nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas?
