I know, I already tried contacting support and there is no support for this.
I imagine they review these and hope someone who has the ability to take action sees it.
"What happens instead of what you were expecting? Do you get an error message? What does it say exactly?
It says nothing, it simply goes black or loads forever, like the rest have reported.
It could be a different issue, despite some superficial similarities.
It works as it should for loads of users on Samsung TV, including on my TV.
It always worked for me when I did not watch it too frequently, whenever it froze or crapped out I assumed something wrong with my internet or pivoted my attention to something else quickly. Lately with Severance being out, I am more commited to watching when I want to watch and realize there is nothing wrong with my connection, ALL other apps work.
I searched only to learn many people are struggling with the same and similar challenges and its gone unresolved all these years. No one posted solutions. Some have people like you comment, but no solution that actually works.
I already went thru the troubleshooting steps you share above several times. They do not work
And like I mentioned above, I contacted apple support and they are not able to help.
