Updating Apple Watch
I'm trying to update my Series 5 to 9.6.2 but it's stuck at preparing and the same is showing on the watch app on my iPhone X. How do I fix that

If the update is not installing from the Apple Watch directly or in the Watch app, try working through the steps below to help with this:

1. Make sure that your Apple Watch is connecting properly to its charger.
2. Restart your Apple Watch.
3. Restart your paired iPhone.
4. Try again to update your Apple Watch.
If the update won't start:
1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap General > Software Update.
3. Delete the update file.
4. Try again to update your Apple Watch.
