9.02 won’t update on my Apple Watch

I have same issue. 9.02 paused at 151mb on my Ultra. Running 16.0.3 on my 12 Pro. Both are on Wi-Fi and same Apple ID. Both plugged in and at 100% battery.

Is your phone running ios16?.

Which watch do you have?,to update to WatchOS9.02 your watch must be a watch 4 or higher.
