Apple Watch data to Sydney Health app not syncing

I have the same issue. Did you find a resolution?

I contacted Anthem -- after deleting the app, restarting my phone, and redownloading, it has synced!

if Sydney is supported by health app you need to open Health app>press your account icon>Privacy>Apps>chose Sydney>and allow sleep datas, that's it

I have the same exact problem. Data is not synced to the Sydney app. I’be done everything and I’ve been trying for the las month and nothing. Help

That's the problem everyone is having. We've done that but the data doesn't sync over. Mine registers a weight from time to time but typically nothing - and never the steps which is the most important activity to - I assume - most.

I am having the same issue. Seems like a Sydney/Apple problem, Anthem told me to call a number. I'm not sure what help that will be.

Same issue last data sync I got was almost a year ago...

None of the above wrorked for me... i do know it all started when i got a replacement phone from AppleCare... all settings are correct deleted and restarted and reinstalled syndey nothing works
