Hi, after the recent update, I can’t see as much of my mom’s Apple Watch 8 health data. I get an error message saying “your health app can’t show some of the data being shared” and that maybe one of us is using a newer iOS. Both of our phones and her Watch were updated. I have iCloud health app on.

Thank you for the reply. I followed these steps when I set up her phone and watch. Since the update, I can’t see as much. For example, under sleep, it has the time from yesterday but not any previous days. There used to be multiple days on the page below.
Please see what is shared using Health App. The pic is self-explanatory that you will see only what is shared.
