Apple TV Update stuck

Hi. The “Step 1 of 2: Preparing Update” has been stuck like this for a couple of hours. I suspect it’s because my Apple box hates my home wi-fi (despite all other machines that are further away from the wi-fi box being able to connect).


Usually with the Apple TV I have to switch to a personal hotspot from my phone. But, none of the remote controls are working because it’s stuck in this mode so I can’t change the wi-fi setting.


Shall I unplug?
