I purchased my MacBook Air M1 2 months ago, I have completed charge cycles 16 and my battery health is reduced to 97% even though I have been charging it in the perfect battery cycle between 25%-80%

What you did made no difference. There is no need, nor is there any benefit in attempting micromanage your Mac's battery usage.
There is nothing wrong with your laptop's battery. Apple doesn't consider it requires replacement unless it cannot maintain, at least, an 80% charge after 1000 recharging cycles.
