Music app quits as soon as it starts

MacOS Sonoma 14.0

Music app 1.4

iMac Pro 2017

I have two displays, change the display arrangements to extended with no change in quitting of the app

It started after I updated the system to Sonoma, today I updated the system software but it did not help.

Any suggestions?

Same setup and same problem, Music crashes immediately upon opening.

Try holding down both option+cmd as you launch Music. This opens the app in its safe mode and may sometimes help.
