How do I edit my birthday in Calendar?

I have an iPhone 14S, and my birthday should be November 6. However, the calendar has it as November 11. I cannot edit this information, nor did a Google search present with me any results on how to change this. It's honestly kind of gobsmacking that there's no apparent way to change this.

I went under Settings, and apparently iCloud has my birthday correct. But Calendar still has it wrong.

Also note that this is for my birthday, so it's not like I can go into Contacts and change it since I'm obviously not going to put myself in Contacts.

Surely there must be some way to change this???

On your iPhone 14S, to edit your birthday in the Calendar app:

  1. Open the Calendar app.
  2. Find the event for your birthday on November 11.
  3. Tap on the event to open it.
  4. Look for the "Edit" button, usually represented by a pencil icon, and tap on it.
  5. Change the date from November 11 to November 6.
  6. Save the changes.

If the Calendar app doesn't allow you to edit the birthday directly, you can try these alternative steps:

  1. Open the Contacts app.
  2. Create a contact for yourself with your correct birthday (November 6).
  3. Go back to the Calendar app, and the correct birthday should now be associated with the new contact.

Remember, the Calendar app often pulls information from the Contacts app, so creating a contact for yourself can be a workaround.
