I can’t download some apps on the app store it says its not available in my country/region. My country - in Europe is properly set and i know the app is available since other people have it in my country. I have also tried downloading it in other countries in Europe but its still not available. Anyone know why?

It is hard to offer any help when we have no idea which country you are in and which app you think should be available in that country.

I have iPhone 12 with 17.2.1 iOS and can't load and install Bosch Smart Home App, the app isn't available in my Apple Store, so I try to open it via www.bosch-smarthome.com website and when try to install I see the message that the app isn't available in my country/region. I'm living in Poland. I have also my old Android smartphone and app is available in Google Shop and I can install it without any problems and the app is working properly and has polish version of interface.
