Not able to download app

Hey, I’m trying to download app form App Store called (BIGO LIVE), but it’s saying it’s not available in this country and region. On android this app is available, but not on iPhone, can you please tell me what’s the problem? Or how long do I need to wait because I want that app ASAP.
