App Store Download

I’ve been unable to download the Zelle App unto my fone because I keep receiving a message that it’s not available in my region or country.

Let's team up to look into why the Zelle app isn't able to be downloaded. To better understand what's happening, along with ruling out some general details, please provide us the following details:


  1. You mentioned that it shows a message explaining it's not available in your region, but have you already checked if that's true? You can use this link to enter an app's name, then make sure you choose the region in which you're located using the drop down options: Market with App Store
  2. Have you been able to use the Zelle app in the past on the same device, and haven't changed any of your region settings for your Apple ID?
  3. Are you able to download the Zelle app using another device using the same Apple ID?
