Owned an IPhone before my present IPhone would like to access that account to see if there are photos on the the cloud I do not remember the Apple ID. Is it possible that photos can still be on that cloud.
You can check. Go to iCloud.com and log in with the old account. Open the online Photos app and see if they are there. If they are, you can select them all and click the download button.
By the way, it was not necessary to create a new account with a new device. It would have been much easier if you had simply used the old account with the new device and then the photos would have automatically appeared on the new device.
