I bought new 14pro, when open the Box and remove screen protection folio i saw 2 scratches on display. The telephone is not turn on. In shop told me this is impossible :( now telefone is checked in apple store in my country. Is anyone in same situation? Is it possible new iphone comes in shop scratches?

When you purchase a new iPhone from an Apple Store or Apple's online store, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund. When did you purchase it and where? Otherwise, scratches are considered cosmetic, and Apple won't repair or replace for that.
Give it back, ask for a new one. Threaten to cancel contract.
I bought it from telephone operator in my country Bulgaria. Telephone has warranty 1 year to apple and 2 years to telephone operator.
But they say Apple isnt have policy to replace phones. Thats why i want to hear other people with same problem and solutions.
