Beats Solo 3 dying quickly

Recently got new pair of solo 3’s after my previous broke. The battery life on the original pair lasted forever as stated by the specs. Got my new pair and charged them up then used them for an hour and turned them off. The next day they were dead. Fully charged them again, and again, they are dead the next morning even though I never used them. Will a reset fix this or should I buy a new battery?

Hello BayCleaves,

The first thing we would recommend would be to reset the Beats Solo3 Wireless following these steps found at Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support:

1. Hold down the volume down button and the power button for 10 seconds.
Solo 3 Wireless buttons
2. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons.
Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.

Have a great day.
