My Powerbeat Pros both die at 55% battery.

Is there any solution for this? It is clearly an issue given the amount of people with this problem. If I place them back in the charger they turn back on and I can listen for a while. This is frustrating when using them for conference calls or while on a jog. Basically can't make it on a walk through the neighborhood without them dying. Not cool.

Why not just do the decent thing and admit Powerbeats are fundamentally flawed as a product. The internet is full of powerbeats owners reporting dieing earbuds and Apple unable to resolve. Dont believe me Apple - go Google !!!.

Bad investment and been a total failure for me. Two things I will never do in life again 1) Purchase a Peugeot again 2) invest in a set of Powerbeats earbuds

Hi DieselAG,

If you are having power issues with your Powerbeats Pro, let's perform a reset which can help:

"Reset Powerbeats Pro

  1. Place both earbuds in the case. Leave the case open.
  2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
  3. Powerbeats Pro indicator light
  4. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Powerbeats Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again."

Cheers.
