App Store doesn't give ability to report issues.

There are glaringly endorsed flaws in the app store and my contact with Apple is suggestive that they will not provide a method of reporting even the most flagrant problems. Maybe someone here knows a contact?

Issues including but not limited to:

• Significant abuse of duplicate apps. It's clogging the store with trash apps. It's so obvious entire websites are dedicated to navigation past the garbage. Look up alarms... you'll find dozens of the same apps in different skins.
• Heavy manipulation of reviews by developers. Highlighting positive "critical" reviews that are years old vs a relevant one in the current iteration.
• Heavy manipulation of the negative reviews. Apple admits to giving sole discretion of removing reviews to developers of the app. Every wonder why Apple and Google have phenomenal star ratings? They are censoring the crap out it.
