How do I report an issue with the feedback pages on Apple’s website?

How do I report a problem with the feedback pages on Apple's website. Everything is based on hardware and software products but nothing about their website. Shouldn't they have something about services or other for feedback on suggestions or problems with everything else? I fear that even this will get thrown in the bit bucket because there are no tags about non product issues or a community about non products.
