My Beat Studio Buds disconnect from Bluetooth when I take them out of the case.

You've taken some great steps already with your Beats Studio Buds. Another step you can take, that may help resolve this issue you're encountering, is to try to reset your Beats Studio Buds. If needed, the steps below show how to do that:

1. "Place both earbuds in the charging case, and keep the case open.
2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
3. Release the system button."
