What if all the informations are matched on the AirPods Pro, but it stills say that the AirPods may not be genuine?

You can put the serial numbers into Apple's warranty checker

Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support

But it is possible for a counterfeit to have clone the details of a genuine device. The vbest you can do is see whether any dates look plausible for your purchase.


The only way to be absolutely certain is to take your AirPods to a Genius Bar appointment and let Apple's technician test and check.
