My AirPods are genuine and said they don’t.

How can I fix that problem? Why don't you let me use them?

Did you review the support article you arrived from? How do you know that these AirPods are original? That is, did you purchase them directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? If so, you can take them back to have either check them out.


Also, you are not talking directly to Apple employees here. We are just fellow Apple-product users trying to help others ... so the "you" you are addressing is not us.
