Can't delete app

I downloaded an app, camtasia 2023, can't delete it in any way. No "X" appears when i click and hold it from launchpad, and i cannot drag it to trash. tried finder way too, nothing is working. same for others.

I can't delete an app using finder or launchpad. How can I delete it? I downloaded an app along time ago: Freeform. I never use it and want to delete it. I can't drag it to the trash. If I use the finder, the option "move to trash" is greyed out. and when I use launchpad, to make the apps jiggle, it's one of the few that doesn't have an x in the corner.

unable to delete an app by moving to trash. Doesn't work. Help I am not able to delete an app in my Utilities folder by moving it to trash. Installed "Appuninstaller" and it doesn't show the app I want to delete which was loaded thru internet.
