Distorted Rectangles on the top right of the display?

I'm looking to buy a second Macbook Pro 14 2021 M1 for 750-800 but there is no way I can afford a new one I need something that is powerful and future-proof as I'm about to start traveling and I am Freelance Web Developer and I feel this is the perfect laptop for me.

The Problem is There seem to be distorted Rectangles just right off the notch doesn't seem to be software in my opinion but the seller says it should go away. which is why I'm here - now i dont think ill mind the distortion but obveously if there is way for it to be fixed then that would be great. my current setup is my mates ipad pro and my brothers asus vivobook so anything is an upgrade! heres some photos:
