Trying ti save Final Cut New library to a folder is unsuccessful

I just recently acquire a new MacBook and decided to give Final Cut a try. When trying to create a new library and save it displayed the following message "This document cannot be saved to the selected location. Select a local storage device, SAN, or supported SMB location." Any guidance will be highly appreciated. I also left a screen shoot of exactly what I'm seeing in case it helps diagnose the issue.

MacBook Pro (M2 Pro, 2023)

Where are you trying to save?

If you have not already, you must grant FCP Full Disk Access in System Settings->Privacy & Security

Oh! Wait... you are trying to save in a folder that is in iCloud.

Choose a local folder, like your Movies folder.

It looks like you're trying to save to a location that uses iCloud. The library needs to be saved to a location on your drive that doesn't use iCloud or onto an external drive.
