Static, Noise Images Safari 16.4

Safari images only show static noise or noise dots. Same on many websites... it's an Apple problem. Same sites work fine on Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Turning "Lazy Image Loading" off does NOT work. I see tons of others with same problem but no response or update yet for fix from Apple.

I am a Apple loyalist but something has got to happen soon. About to jump ship to Chrome... which I do not want to do. But this is effecting my work.

Please help... Apple!
