Randomly last night my brand new iPhone 14pro max screen went black and won’t turn back on (phone wasn’t being used at the time). It’s been on charge all night on the charger cable provided and the apple icon won’t show while doing the reset . I’ve used the phone for little less than a month since I hadn’t received the case yet (still used old iPhone until case arrived) Does anyone know of how to fix this issue?
