iPhone 16 Pro Max not turning on – need help!

Here are some common solutions you can attempt:

1. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Turn off your iPhone, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

2. Reset Network Settings: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings: Only network settings are removed.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it is recommended to reach out to Apple Support or visit an authorized service center for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your device model and iOS version.

Here's what I would do and please follow these directions EXACTLY as written:

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button, then IMMEDIATELY press and release the volume down button
2. Then immediately press and KEEP HOLDING the side power button. KEEP HOLDING it ignoring anything you may see on the screen and KEEP HOLDING it until the Apple Logo appears, then let go. You may need to hold the side power button for up to 30 seconds, so DON'T LET GO until you see the Apple Logo. Once you see the Apple Logo and release the button, your phone should restart and then you'll enter your Passcode when prompted.
3. This is almost ALWAYS successful. If it isn't, then you may have a hardware issue, but I'm betting you don't and this will work for you.
