Hi Jeff, I ended up here because I experienced back to back charges on my card in a space of 1 minute from “APPLE.com/Bill”. I was charged $5.99 twice and then $16.99 three times. I immediately froze the card once I saw the notifications from my bank. I briefly unfroze it the next day to make a pos purchase and was charged $1.99 twice as soon as I did. Regarding that 866 number, I see it appear on my only legitimate Apple charge. I have an Apple Music subscription and that number is always beside the charge. I have not purchased any other Apple products or subscriptions that would warrant Apple charging my card. I am not on family sharing either. I checked my purchase history and those charges don’t appear anywhere, all I see are my charges for Apple Music. I contacted the bank and they can’t do anything until the charges move from pending to cleared, I’d then be able to dispute them. I’m very confused now because I checked my statement and the charges were reversed. This all happened in the space of 24hrs. Is it possible that Apple is accidentally charging it’s customers? Why would a scammer reverse the charges? I’ll change my card to be safe, but this has left me very confused and untrusting of Apple. I even canceled my Apple Music subscription and deleted my card from Apple payment methods to potentially stop these charges from happening.

Hi, if Apple were using your cards, the charges would be reflected in your account. Items are charged to a customer account.

It’s obvious the payment method has been compromised and is being used fraudulently. I’ve posted about this in multiple threads in multiple communities and on multiple social media platforms. Please watch the short YouTube video I found on a situation similar to what you are experiencing.

It’s not Apple or Apple Pay. It’s fraudulent actors getting your data and purchasing subscriptions with your account that are auto updated by the Payment Network Operator (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. The bank doesn’t stop the Automatic Billing Updater when issuing new cards. The support people are not properly trained to recognize the issue.

I need it cancelled now and never do it again please refund my money back now

Please review the information that has been provided here. None of us can do that for you or even know what the charges are for. If you started a free trial and forgot to cancel it 24 hours before the trial period ends, you can expect subscription charges until cancelled by you.

Since the purchase/subscription/free trial requires double clicking the side button followed by verification with FaceID/TouchID or Passcode, we also don't know who else would have that information to make those charges. If that is the case, changing your Passcode should be a priority.

Refund of the money deducted from my credit card

Once again, please read the information that has already been posted and provide additional details if needed. None of use can do that for you and if it is a subscription, they will continue until cancelled. The link to do that has been provided as well.

Since you have not provided any information, it is not even clear if the charges you are seeing are managed by Apple or if it was a free trial that was not cancelled.

After reading the posts here, provide the information about what you have determined the charges are for and what you found out about how they occurred. All the information has been provided here, yet you failed to include any of those details.
